Chris is a Local “Philly” Guy who was born and raised in the Suburb’s of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Chris is a 1985 Villanova Graduate with a degree in Accounting and over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Field as a Chief Financial Officer, Broker and a Mortgage Banker. Chris has hosted a Live weekly Real Estate and Finance Show on Phila WPHT 1210AM Talk Radio on Saturday's & Sunday's, where he educated listeners on the latest programs available and featured Realtors and Professionals to help listener's with finding the right home to getting their credit repaired. Chris is also a Trained and Certified 203k Specialist with ReBuild USA and Lowes. He enjoys Hosting Realtor Training Seminars on FHA 203k Programs, Social Media Marketing as well as First Time Buyer Seminars. Chris is married with three lovely daughters, with his eldest who just Graduated from Villanova School of Business in May 2011.
