We are so thankful for having engaged Lorraine Miranda as our realtor for a number of reasons. We had a stressful situation where we were trying to prepare and sell our parent’s house. The stress was mainly due to geography; the house was in Holland, PA and we were in Sterling, MA (300 miles away).
Lorraine net with us and laid out a plan and timeline to help ease our concerns and provided suggestions on what to concentrate on in order to list the house quickly so we could start showings. As expected, we were faced with a multitude of issues that required a plumber, an HVAC technician, carpet installers, an oil delivery and an exterminator. Not to mention the land mines of multiple document requests required in order to sell the house.
Lorraine was our “guardian angel” who helped get every issue resolved. She met contractors in our absence and kept us up to date as to the status of every situation. She communicated with us daily (multiple times a day in some cases) so we knew where everything stood on any given day.
Once listed, she created a totally comprehensive marketing plan using many traditional real estate tools and combined that with a host of social media sites to promote the house. She kept us up to date on every showing and provided feedback for all.
Bottom line, the house sold quickly and the offer was solid. We can, without reservation, recommend Lorraine to assist with any real estate transaction (buying or selling) as she proved to be valuable partner and competent real estate professional.

Lorraine is the best realtor by far compared to other realtors. She was helpful with every detail in showing my property. She kept in constant contact with me , guiding me along with everything from the photo shoot to listing the property. Her team was professional.
